Verde Vogue ’26

Project “Verde Vogue ’26” the grand finale fashion showcase was successfully conducted on 25th April 2026 at the Glass Building, Fashion Design Department, University of Moratuwa. Organized by Leo Club of University of Moratuwa, the event aimed to promote sustainability through creative expression in fashion.

The showcase brought together participants who presented innovative upcycled boutique designs, demonstrating how discarded materials can be transformed into stylish and meaningful creations. The fashion show served as a dynamic platform to highlight eco-conscious practices, creativity and forward-thinking design.

Through this initiative, participants and attendees experienced the potential of fashion as a tool for sustainability, reinforcing the importance of responsible design and environmental awareness within the indust
