Addressing this need Leo Club of University of Moratuwa on behalf of Leo District 306 D2 successfully launched “MentorLink” a dynamic mentoring initiative designed to connect undergraduates and Alpha Leos with experienced industry professionals.
MentorLink serves as a platform where academic learning meets real-world experience. Through a series of structured mentoring sessions participants are given the opportunity to interact directly with professionals from diverse fields enabling them to gain valuable career guidance, industry knowledge and practical perspectives.
The project features multiple sessions covering a wide range of focus areas including Information Technology, Textile and Apparel Engineering, Transport Management and Logistics Engineering and Earth Resource Engineering.
