The 18th Installation Ceremony of the Leo Club of the University of Moratuwa was successfully conducted on 1st of September 2020 at Darshani Resort, Moratuwa. The arrival of the dignitaries was marked by the Chief Guest of the occasion, President of Leo District 306A2 Praminda Vindika, Guest of Honour Leo Mudith Jayasekara, Special Guest Multiple District President Champaka Dammage and other distinguished guests gracing the occasion. The presence of past UoM Leos, who have been the pillars of strength to us made this ceremony a memorable one.
The Outgoing President Leo Nethmini Kolambage handed over the charge to the New President, Leo Sachintha Kapuge, who assured to extend all sort of support to uplift the club in the near future. New members were inducted and the new office bearers for the Leoistic year 2020/21 were installed at the event. Leo Sandani Asha and Leo Irushika Maheshi were installed as the Secretary and Assistant Secretary while Leo Sithum Bandara and Leo Kavindu Kalhara were installed as the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer along with 19 directors.
Following the successful conclusion of the 18th Installation Ceremony, Leo Club of the University of Moratuwa extends our heartiest gratitude to all the participants and everyone who supported to make this event a major success.
