“Suwa Diviyata Siha Saviyak” a community-focused project was successfully conducted on 3rd of August 2025 at Princess of Wales College, Moratuwa. This project was organized by Region 01 Lions Clubs of Lions International District 306 D2 in collaboration with Leo Club of University of Moratuwa, with the objective of enhancing community well-being through accessible medical services.
The program primarily focused on providing essential healthcare support to the local community. A series of free medical services were offered, including diabetes screening, comprehensive eye examinations and the distribution of spectacles for individuals identified with visual impairments. These services were delivered with the support of qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring both accuracy and reliability in diagnosis and care.
“Suwa Diviyata Siha Saviyak” stands as a meaningful effort in promoting public health awareness and improving quality of life.
