“As is our confidence, So is our capacity”
The Leo Club of University of Moratuwa
brought the initiative KNOWVENTURE to encourage club bearers to enhance their
self-confidence and become effective while contributing to society. The goal
was to establish a worthwhile public awareness campaign by equipping club
bearers with accountable governance. Club members were initially challenged in
regard to their creativity and design capabilities.
The workshop continued successfully on the 3rd,
4th, and 5th of July, with the involvement of club bearers who strive for
excellence at any time in order to serve the public.
The project KNOWVENTURE was launched
as an online workshop in order to improve the design strengths of Club Bearers.
The plan was developed to accommodate designers of diverse levels of experience
in addition to addressing a wide range of topics in three days.
The session covered a wide range of
topics, including general design, academic design, and career development as
well.
The program started successfully on the 3rd of July, with the active participation of club members of Leo Club of University of Moratuwa. Illustrator and photoshop were the main topics of discussion on Day 1. Video editing was the topic of discussion on Day 2. Guest speaker was Leo Thilina Prasad for both Day 1 and Day 2. Youtuber Avishka Viraj Konara led the workshop on video vlogging on the third consecutive day of the workshop.
