"Beyond the Reach", the leadership development program
organized by Leo club of University of Moratuwa, Leo Club of Mattegoda, Leo
club of Bulathsinghala, Leo club of Raigampurawaraya was conducted on 7th
of February at the Lagaan area in
University of Moratuwa.
Lion Roshan Latheef conducted the first session, which was an interactive
lecture. Then Leo Yasendra did some activities to build team spirit and
fellowship of Leos. It developed the confidence, courage, time management of
the participants. Also Team work, communication skills and inter-relationships
were improved among the participants. The day was full of fun with excitement,
leadership and new experiences. Leos wiped out the dust and took up the
challenge. They touched "Beyond the Reach".
